It was a simple piece with four 'slots' for coffee pods.

Cutting knobs is pretty easy. Gluing them together without smearing cyanoacrylate glue on everything is harder.

Cut the parts out. Glue the nut into the appropriate place. Glue the matching piece on one side of that, and the smaller round piece on the other side.
